Planned as a mixed residential development, Riverscape includes condos in several heights and types: town homes, brownstones and two towers — one with eight and one with 16 stories. There are 104 contemporary town homes (called Shoreline Condominiums) and 91 brownstones planned so far. The number of units in the towers hasn’t yet been determined. The 15.4-acre site will be built out over five years, with the first homes ready for move-ins by this fall.
